Lingle Games Refund & Return Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with Lingle Games. If your order is not right for you, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and accessories.


How to Request a Return

Step 1 — Email us at service@lingle-games.com with your order number, the item you would like to return, and a short reason for the request.

Step 2 — Wait for our written confirmation before shipping anything back. Returns sent without prior approval may be delayed or refused.

Step 3 — Ship the item back in its original condition, with all pieces, boards, dice, manuals, and accessories included.


What Can Be Returned

30-Day return window — Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Original condition — Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Complete set — All included pieces, boards, dice cups, and accessories must be returned together.

Non-returnable — Gift cards, personalized/customized products, and final-sale items — unless damaged or defective.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or missing pieces, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue, the packaging, and your order number.

After review, we may arrange a replacement, replacement parts, a partial refund, or a full refund depending on the situation.


Return Shipping

For returns due to a product defect, shipping damage, or an item sent in error, Lingle Games will cover return shipping costs.

For personal-reason returns — change of mind, wrong item ordered, no longer needed — the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 15 business days depending on your bank or credit card company.


Exchanges

If you would like a different item, color, or style, please contact us first. In most cases, the fastest option is to return the original item and place a new order after the return is approved.


Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at service@lingle-games.com. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will try to cancel it. Orders that have already shipped must follow the return process above.
